I ordered a 16 pc mozzarella stuffed pretzel bites. When I got them they were hard and dry. So I went up with a very kind attitude and said nicely: hey I don’t want to be rude or anything but these are pretty hard, could I have them remade? Then the guy goes and says “they were just made! So I don’t know what your talking about”, but he still went and remade them, but then I heard him shit talking about me to his coworker because I said I wasn’t trying...read full review
They have no pretzels. The place is called Pretzelmaker. But when I went to order, they had a mountain of these tiny little kids bites of pretzels, but no full sized pretzel. I really wanted a pretzel at the pretzel maker shop. Is that too much of an expectation? I don't want baby bites. But alas, it was not so. I wouldn't be surprised if the entire mall closed due to the lack of actual pretzels at the pretzel maker store.
Every single time I physically place an order, I am always told they don't have garlic seasoning, despite it being on their menu. I've placed an online order a few times now, and have always ordered garlic. There's never an issue with me ordering garlic bites online. Don't appreciate being lied to.
