I have been an Olive Garden customer for over 20 years. Today I was quite disappointed with the kitchen filling my order accurately. The order was Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo & salad with NO onions.
Apparently the kitchen staff saw the order and mistook NO Onions for Extra Onions.
My wife CANNOT handle onions.

We were very warmly greeted, seated promptly. Our server was very attentive and efficient as well as appearing to be a happy, friendly person.
Our soup was hot(as I usually have to send it back to be heated) and salad was good as expected!
