Haven't been in a couple of years....will,be a few again. Jim is quite rude as an order taker. Doesn't want to be bothered with any questions or to wven take your order. Took an eternity for order to be ready. Place inside was a mess. Too bad. Used to enjoy this place.
I hope this location can improve in some key areas, soon. It used to be a favorite. Some specifics of recent visits: plastic cutlery because of no clean utensils, no Green Goddess dressing for the Green Goddess salad, no chicken on salad that mentions chicken, ordered a Caesar salad but there was no romaine, switched gears to a chicken salad sandwich but there wasn't any chicken salad. It is honestly been down hill month after month and year after year. Food is slow to come out, service is very bad, food is cold or wrong. Today was last straw. My wife and family came in.. after 45 minutes they didn’t get their food. So they gave my mother in laws food to our daughter so she could eat. We asked for a refund, they ended up charging us twice. Had to refund twice.
