This place has really gone down hill. I don’t come here very often but the last two times I’ve come I’ve left annoyed. Both times something was forgotten on our order and trying to flag someone down as a relatively polite person is nearly impossible with staff basically keeping their heads down and avoiding eye contact. Haven't been in a couple of years....will,be a few again. Jim is quite rude as an order taker. Doesn't want to be bothered with any questions or to wven take your order. Took an eternity for order to be ready. Place inside was a mess. Too bad. Used to enjoy this place.
I hope this location can improve in some key areas, soon. It used to be a favorite. Some specifics of recent visits: plastic cutlery because of no clean utensils, no Green Goddess dressing for the Green Goddess salad, no chicken on salad that mentions chicken, ordered a Caesar salad but there was no romaine, switched gears to a chicken salad sandwich but there wasn't any chicken salad.
