“Two things first:

Speak louder, slower and patiently at the drive thru. The loud traffic there makes it hard to hear in the headphones!

Corporate made the tipping a thing, not the local store. Issues with how corporate runs should not penalize the store. Go to corporate directly.

If you don't like what I have to say about how people in the area act, too bad. Be better.

I grew up in the area and now live in the Twin Cities; we come back often for family and friends. I also work at a Caribou from time to time in St. Paul.

This is to say I know a lot about how Caribou works, and I also know what clientele can be like in the LaCrosse area (yikes). The staff we met this morning between 9:30 and 10 am deserve a medal!

This location knows how to make the drinks properly, and has super sweet and friendly staff. I'd come fill in here just to work with them! It isn't the the (lolz) sunny disposition of the locals I'd come for.

“Very comfortable area , with lot of lounge space , very comfortably seating (sofa, fireplace, work tables etc) area all around the building. several options for food and coffee . free wifi . the environment is like 'Starbucks' . my favorite place to hang out and spend my free time on the campus. lot of parking around the building too.“

“This cafe at the Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe is definitely hard to beat! The staff is absoluely amazing, I was served the best tiramisu I've ever had here and the lattes are great too! Its a wonderful place to meet with friends! My book club meets here monthly now!“

“I don’t do allot of reviews, but the espresso and coffee here are the best in La Crosse and I feel deserve some special mention. Easily the best I’ve had in town. No tip policy is nice too. David also nice. But the coffee sets it apart. Top notch. I’d give 10 stars if I could.“
