Disappointingly small portions of custard compared to most of the other Culver's I frequent. I'm usually not one to say anything or complain but it has happened enough at this operator's location that it isn't just a one-off occurrence. Tonight we ordered 5 single dishes and recieved one regular and 4 scoopie size that were half full. I would guess it is half the custard or less that we would get at other locations.
Not enough toppings for the sundae. Maybe they were out. Worst culver turtle sundae I have had.
Today my son was at the Culver’s in Onalaska, WI by the high school for lunch. He had no money and had called to try to get money sent to his phone so he could eat with his friends. I called the store to see if I could pay for his food over the phone. The lady who answered explained that she couldn’t take payment over the phone but she would pay for his meal.
