We travel all over the US and make it a point to find the nearest Panera for our turkey and cheddar with avocado sandwich. This Panera was extremely clean, and even though it was busy, being right off of I-90, the service was quick and friendly. The manager also approached us and asked how our food was. Let's say that this Panera has come a loooong way. Whoever is in charge now is bringing some life back. He was very sweet. Brought us cookies, chatted and checked in on us. Food is amazing, and the atmosphere is restored from what it was in 2020-2022. Which was hectic and uninviting.

Very relaxing now and I'm glad it's making a comeback.

Poppyseed chicken salad today lacked the pecans and we had to throw away a spoiled strawberry they apparently didn’t notice in the kitchen, picture attached. One time I came all the way home to discover that my poppyseed chicken salad did not include the chicken. Panera had a good menu with good food but their quality control is mostly awful. It is miles away from our home and very aggravating when we get home and find the order is not complete or worse yet some items spoiled....
