After MANY tries over many MONTHS- including kindly communicating the quality of meat in person & via message- AND trying the food AGAIN tonight (don’t ask me why 🙃)- I absolutely do not recommend the carnitas here. Literally one of the most popular tacos people want and I have had nothing but pork FAT in my tacos- may it be a few strands or literally a taco full of pork fat (I wish I was exaggerating) the consistency is clear and the quality is not there.
