In response to a VERY inaccurate review by Jean Bruggink. That was not the case at all, in fact I was there that day as well. There was a huge line of kids going all the way back to the almost past the booths. They were loud and kids were rough housing while in line. What I did hear was an employee tell them that the table would have all the pepperoni, cheese, ranch sticks and desserts on it and anything else would be on the buffet. They never said that was the only thing they could have. What you failed to mention is that the employee said we just want to make sure all their guest were accommodated. After all it was Wednesday, which is Senior day and they were looking out for all the seniors already there trying to enjoy their meal. As quick as those pizzas were brought out they were devoured and the pizza were replenished instantly. Kudos to the kitchen staff. Heath code violation, I think not, they weren’t out there long enough. As a Mom and being there with my kids during all of that, Job Very Well Done!!!! Like to see Jean try and do that job! So might want to get your facts straight before you decide to go on a site and start bashing. By the way, take a good look at your son’s picture. What do you not see, that’s right, all the kids were pretty much gone by that time and that employee was over cleaning up all of those kids and Jeans sons mess. So get your facts straight cause I’m pretty sure Jean wasn’t even there! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We will definitely be returning for another Great Experience!

Don’t order from the Oostburg pizza ranch they forgot all my sauces and then they got super ugly with me on the phone about it plus all the pizza came not flat, but all pushed into each other. This place is terrible.

last time I went it was literally disgusting . The lettuce was gross and food was mostly very old and gross . Hopefully management changes something before they are out of business.

Staff were wearing pajama bottoms, after we waited a long time to pay for our meals the buffet had no food available for our group, we waited close to 30 minutes for chicken and more pizza. •• 7/2025 Another glowing update I'd like to share. We had lunch at Pizza Ranch to celebrate my Dad's 95th birthday. Manager Heath and the team were exceptionally hospitable and generous. Pizza Ranch is my Dad's favorite place to eat. He was very happy!! Thank you!

My family has enjoyed many dinners together at Pizza Ranch. The restaurant is an easy, spacious place for gatherings and everyone gets to enjoy what they want from the buffet. I'm writing because I've had excellent service from the general manager, Heath. He's friendly, kind, helpful and generous. He truly wants customers to feel welcomed. From our experience, all the employees have been attentive and pleasant. Also, the Pizza Ranch app is fun and easy.
Two fresh pizzas the whole time we were there. Chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy were all cold. Salad bar was a mess. Service was not great either. Not once did any one come and ask us how we were doing. First and last time.

Miserable dining experience.Table next to ours wasGrandparents with 2 children that were unruly and running around all the while the grandma was yelling yes YELLING at the kids.Of course the kids didn't listen so the yelling continued.Very rude!!!If children can't learn to be respectful of the other diners then maybe they should stay home until they learn basic manners.I was not happy and will think twice before I go there to eat again.Maybe the manager should of stepped in to deescalate the situation.
