We have been visiting the main tap for years. Yummy burgers and friendly service! The past few months however, they have only had one person working, having to man the grill and bar both. Seems like the owners are trying to be cheap, not to mention hard on their employees!

The food here is soo good. Always has been. The hostess/bartender is prompt and attentive and the food arrives fairly quickly. I go during meal times so I don't know how it is at night
Food is excellent. It's bar food! But it's good bar food. Excellent burgers and fries, really good fried pickles. Service good, a little slow, but there's usually only one maybe two people working. But it's worth it. Relax and have a beer!

What can you say? It's been around for decades, great little dive bar with great simple bar food done well. Staff is awesome and super friendly. Stop in, drink prices are great ?
Kid-friendliness: Had tim to kill and took my 12 year old in, got some fries (Awesome) a drink and a kiddie cocktail and the staff were great.
