“Friendly, comfortable, and welcoming. Came on a Sunday for lunch. I was able to find parking on the street and come right in. I ordered the firefly wrap, the special shamrock shake, and a couple pastries for later. The wrap was brought to the table and was stuffed with tons of chicken and avocado. It seemed hearty enough that it could be split between two people if desired. Great flavor. Love that there is plenty of space and seating even on a weekend at lunch. This was my first time here and I hope to be back soon!”

“My husband and I swung by Bodihow this morning for breakfast and it was AMAZING. He had breakfast tacos and I had the breakfast bowl. The waitress was great with explaining the various meat options and the salsa options. We were so impressed and can’t wait for our next opportunity to visit Bodihow.”

Honestly, Maria's ruins pizza for me because nobody else compares. There's pizza, and there's Maria's pizza. A league of their own.Parking: They have a small parking lot next to the building, but it really only has room for 4-5 cars. Maria's is an Oregon hotspot, so there are times that parking can be difficult, but generally it's okay.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp from the parking lot to the door which has a low grade to it, so i would think it's an easier ramp than some.”

“The prime medallion and meatball sandwich were delicious. I found the calamari to be over battered. I can't recommend the squash side. It tasted like it had been grilled in old grease. Over all good food and great service. I'd go back.Kid-friendliness: Lots of kids! Very kid friendly.”

“First time here, we have eaten at many Chinese restaurants in Stoughton and Madison and I give this place 5 stars. The food was phenomenal and we had great service. Food was hot and fresh; we dined in. Dining room was clean. The crab Rangoon were completely filled, not those dry ones that have barely any filling and are mostly wonton in all the corners. We won't go anywhere else now. My daughter who is pretty picky (she's 11) loved all of our food and that is a first.”

“I brought my kids here last week to get frozen yogurt. My son has a gluten allergery and the manager (amber) walked us around the store to show us their many gluten free options. The manager also made us fresh pints to go before we left and bagged them separately for us. She has amazing customer service and will drop anything she is currently doing to help a customer. Ofroyo has a ton of different flavors and toppings to choose from. I would highly recommend checking them out!!!Dietary restrictions: They have so many gluten free flavors and they keep all their products containing nuts in a separate section.Kid-friendliness: My kids love coming here to draw on the chalkboards. They also have coloring books and different coloring materials for kids to use. Many kid friendly toppings they can choose from!”

“Absolutely great experience, I was waiting in my vehicle when one of the store’s supervisors Hunter Jackson brought me out my large thing crust pizza with mini pepperonis. I was pleasantly surprised to see him at my car window. Not only is the customer service great, but that was the best take and bake pizza I have ever eaten. “Cozy atmosphere, delicious food, reasonable prices and great service. THIS IS A MADE TO ORDER RESTAURANT FOLKS!! You shouldn’t come here if you only have 30 minutes to eat only to then complain about the wait. The food is so well worth the wait. Soak in the atmosphere, enjoy a glass of wine, order their chèvre artichoke dip or bruschetta to get you started and relax. A few of our dinner favorites are The Great pizza, Chicken Marsala, Penne with homemade sausage, Butternut Squash Ravioli (their pink sauce is amazing), Analisas Favorite and their homemade tiramisu for dessert is to die for. Take in the fact that this is a small family owned restaurant that puts so much love into their food, you can taste it in every bite. They treat their employees like family and if you’re lucky enough, the owners will come out to share their stories in between the hard work they are putting in to feed you like you’re sitting at their dining room table. Give yourself time to go there, relax and you’ll quickly see how wonderful of a little gem LaRoccas is <3”

“Me and my partner ordered using the app for carry out delivery. My sandwich was made to order and very tasty! My partner’s was made adequately as well. My only issue with my experience was that my sandwich was cold by the time I arrived, and the time estimate the app gave me didn’t match up very well. Overall a fairly positive experience.”

“It's not fancy pizza, but it is good, solid, regular, reasonably priced pizza. The service is friendly, they make it quickly, and have always gotten the orders right. As far as your standard pizza joints, Domino's, little Caesars, etc. I think these guys are the best. You can get a good meal, quickly, for a good price. This is my go to when I'm feeding a crew of hungry construction workers. Look elsewhere if you want a 3 inch pizza for $30 with the finest locally sourced micro greens and artisanal meats. This ain't that. This is a working class pizza. It's here to do two things, be a pizza, and taste good. It does those two things well.”

“They were the best people we ran into after our stay at the Holiday inn towers associated with the UW Wisconsin because of three employees none of the others and we have stayed there on multiple occasions I was refused to even get the free breakfast and that isn't even the least of it so I want to thank the people at McDonald's They were very kind Our food was hot and I live 0.3 miles away from McDonald's where we're from and we constantly get messed up orders including to the point of no burger on the bun and it's ice cold when it's 90° outside It is cold by the time we get home It's awful so this restaurant and the employees in it deserve recognition from their employer Thank you all You were all wonderful It was the only thing that made me not hate people anymore that day Thank you”

“My husband and I came here after a recommendation when our cooking class was cancelled. This was our first time here and it did not disappoint. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, we felt as though we were the only guests there. The service and food were exceptional. All of the staff were eloquently watching us to make sure we had the best service, it it was done in a manner we never knew they were watching to help us. “One of the best meals and experiences we’ve ever had. The food is top notch, and somehow the service still outdid it. Sophie was our waitress for the night and was phenomenal. We dined at Fairchild for our 10-year wedding anniversary and she made it a big deal.She mentioned to us that some people will split the entrees/pasta dishes into two shared courses which was perfect.We started with the unbelievable hamachi and mushroom tempura. Both were unreal. You can feel the precision in the kitchen.Then we got the Riso Nero (this is a guess on the spelling) and each piece of seafood was perfectly melted-in-the-mouth delicious.Next was the steak, which paired nicely with the truffles and other items that they put on the plate. We enjoyed it with the Brussels sprout side and fava bean side with the steak course as well. The Brussels sprouts were good but the fava beans outshined it. The herbs they are cooked with take it to another level.We finished off with the pumpkin panna cotta dessert and it truly could go toe-to-toe with some of the best desserts that exist.What a wonderful experience and we can’t wait for another opportunity to go back!”

“Even though something got mixed up and our reservation wasn't showing up, we still got seated and helped immediately. Rose was a PHENOMENAL waitress, and was so kind and friendly. Her recommendations were amazing, and she came back so frequently to check on us/the food. For our dessert course, she even made sure to get us skewers that match my split dyed hair, which was an adorable gesture. On top of the great service, everything tasted delicious and came in timely manners.”

“One of my favorite breakfast/brunch places in Madison so far! It's a cute diner with a wide variety of food options. There was a 10-15min wait, but it was well worth it. I got the scrambler (includes yanks, eggs, toast, etc) and absolutely loved it. It was delicious, quite a large portion size (you will have leftovers), and reasonably priced ($12 before tax & tip). They only accept cash but do have an ATM inside for convenience.”

Our host greeted us in a very friendly manner speaking distinctly and at the level that we elder (80s) people love to hear.Our food choices involved four different entrees and each drew praise. “This restaurant's best offerings are their American style maki sushi exploding with all kinds of fillings and toppings. The appetizers and other offerings are pretty basic. The nigiri was disappointing but as expected for this part of the country. The cocktail menu is interesting, but I haven't sampled much from it yet. The new decor is kitschy and over the top, but it imparts a fun, casual vibe if you just kind of relax and enjoy it. Some of the sushi plates had little orchid / flower sprays on them that were quite visually appealing.”

“Wow!!!! We dropped in here for lunch and were blown away. You walk in and the ambience is so pleasant. Tin ceiling tiles, lovely music and an arched doorway. The service was quick and they immediately gave us a small cup of hot tea. A fantastic palate cleanse but also delightful after the cold temps. We ordered a chicken kebab and hummus. When the food arrived they accidentally gave us extra. The service was incredible. Mistakes happen but not only did they let us take the extra home but they offered dessert. The manager and the server apologized more than they had to. The service and kindness blew me away. For them any error could destroy the experience. They truly understand the art of creating an incredible experience. Then there was the food. That is the best chicken kebab I’ve had in years. Everything was perfectly seasoned. Every plate beautifully balanced in flavor. This is by far my new favorite place.”

“We are so happy we tried this place! We both agreed the jumbo fried chicken wings are the best we’ve had in Madison. The baked cheesy macaroni was pretty good. One thing that really caught us by surprise were the collard greens. We both agreed they are the best we’ve had anywhere period! The sauces were great as well. Marie is sure a nice person too. We will definitely be a returning customer!”
