So good! Not cheap but it’s good sushi. Modern, fresh atmosphere. Poke bowl is a good lower cost option.
Super friendly staff and the food was very good :) Lots to choose from. Got there right when they opened and the place filled up within 30 minutes. Glad we got there early.
An unexpected gem!
About 20 minutes south of Madison is HERS. When my daughter suggested we eat there, I was reluctant. However, HERS turned out to be one of the best culinary experiences I ever had in Madison. As a Chicagoan, I expected great sushi; HERS exceeded everything. We had sushi, but also a tuna poke bowl, pork miso ramen and fried tofu - see photos.
My suggestion: take the time and drive to Oregon to eat here!
