The manager needs to have a talk to with whomever makes the sandwiches/burgers...EVERY time I come here my sandwich is drenched in ketchup to the point it's oozing out of the burger and I can even pick it up without getting ketchup on my hands. Most of the time no one bothers to put napkins in the bag to clean it off. I guess I didn't think making a presentable burger at a burger place was so difficult? It is difficult to get people I understand and we stood in line for about 15 minutes. I was about ready to leave when someone came over and helped us. I go to McDonald’s when I needed to be quick and fast it is seldom a great place to eat most of the things I really used to like are gone off of their menu, it’s a shame when I was growing up and when my kids were growing up going to McDonald’s was a treat

They were the best people we ran into after our stay at the Holiday inn towers associated with the UW Wisconsin because of three employees none of the others and we have stayed there on multiple occasions I was refused to even get the free breakfast and that isn't even the least of it so I want to thank the people at McDonald's They were very kind Our food was hot and I live 0.3 miles away from McDonald's where we're from and we constantly get messed up orders including to the...read full review
