They often have a hard time getting an order correct at night and lately if you order a large fry all you get is a half box of limp and greasy yuck. Update. Blank stares, wrong food order as in if you ask for any additional toppings forget it, over charged by 5 bucks and they no longer offer sugar free iced coffee options. Of course the ice cream machine is broken and did I mention that if you order unsalted fries that will get you more blank stares.

I wonder if the doors have ever been cleaned? Every handprint of every person that’s ever been to Oregon McDonald’s, has hand and finger prints on the doors. It’s so gross! All tables counters floors always dirty too. Do they have a daily cleaning checklist ??? Today when we walked in the employees were just hanging and talking, how can you do that when the places is filthy?

Every single table has food, stains, or food spilled on and under tables. Play room floor sticky. Not a single person eating at a table yet all were dirty. I also want to add they were still serving breakfast so the fries on the floor were probably from the night before

This McDonald's is always dirty. The employees stand around or are on their phones when they aren't filling orders. The tables, floors, chairs, soda and play area are filthy. When I was a kid McDonald's used to keep everything clean. I've never seen anyone clean up. I guess that's why people go to Culver's.

BAD COFFEE ☕ ????????I regularly get coffee at this location and 99% of the time it's old. Like REALLY old and nasty tasting. They don't know how to make it either. There's either a ton of syrup or not nearly enough. Sometimes it's watery. This last time I got all milk and caramel with a pinch of coffee. I'm on my way to work, I don't have time to wait for fresh coffee. It should be fresh all day long. How hard is it to keep some fresh coffee available? Throw it away when it's been too long!

The manager needs to have a talk to with whomever makes the sandwiches/burgers...EVERY time I come here my sandwich is drenched in ketchup to the point it's oozing out of the burger and I can even pick it up without getting ketchup on my hands. Most of the time no one bothers to put napkins in the bag to clean it off. I guess I didn't think making a presentable burger at a burger place was so difficult? I'd say about 75% of the time I've come here the person serving me is friendly, so that's a plus. I'd say about 20% of the time my order has been wrong...which is actually also a positive...my food is just really messy and it shouldn't be.
