I love Culver’s, but this location is getting a little crazy. I used curb side pickup in advanced and followed all the instructions and STILL ended up waiting 35 minutes for our food. On top of that we had missing items and when we went inside, the place was packed and had to wait close to another 10 minutes.

I LOVE the strawberry 🍓🍓 fields salad ..it's sooo good look forward to it every year!! And of course their custard is the best 🤤🤤 get hot fudge cookie dough and dove chocolate it helps cure my monthly craving ... Ladies 😉

Literally the longest wait for food. I do not understand it whatsoever. Inside or drive thru takes forever. We have literally been sitting here for 20 minutes in the drive thru. I used to work at Culver’s and it was never ran this way. People put hustle and care into their jobs 10 years ago. This is disappointing.

I've always loved Culvers but this location has a definite problem with their orders and food quality.
Had Culvers takeout for dinner on 5/3. They forgot to put in a fry order. I can handle that. But there was a eyelash hair in my son's chicken strips and a long black hair in my husband's crispy chicken sandwich. This is gross and totally unacceptable in food preparation. Wear a hairnet or tie your hair back and put on your Culvers hat in the food prep and kitchen area. We did not call to report this to this Culvers location. We'll just go to Todd Drive location. Food is better and we've never had a problem with they're food.

You can tell there’s a lot of kids working their first job here so they’re learning they need to hire more people with experience and pay them well to stay.
I looked at the reviews after eating here and was like wow.
I had the walleye it was average I eat it at every Culver’s I go to while it’s in season.
We didn’t wait long.
The lady at the drive through kept getting my order wrong she couldn’t hear me not sure why.
Overall it was faster food and since we were in town for dance competitions it was lovely to have so close.
I’m a business owner myself keep working on the hiring process Culver’s sells itself.

First trip I ordered shrimp, got home, got everything except the shrimp. Called they made us go back and inside to get it. This time ordered shrimp, got everything but the cocktail sauce. Also about a tablespoon of gravy for the large mashed potatoes
This Culver’s just can’t figure it out. It’s been almost 2 years and I’ve always tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because I wanted a Culver’s in my hometown up until the point I graduated and left town. Every time I come back to town and stop here I am just left disappointed, the food is usually fine and the service is friendly enough but the wait times are absolutely egregious. I frequently place mobile orders when I visit this location and almost everytime I’m waiting 10-15 minutes after the order is supposedly ready. Hope you’re not in a rush because the staff certainly is not.

Absolutely horrible service. We waited 30 minutes to get my food the order was placed at 9:01pm and didn’t get it till 9:30 PM after I had said something. Then I get a block away check the bag and the french fries are missing. This Culver’s just can’t seem to get it together. Maybe it’s time for a new management team. Also, the night manager who packed my food said oh I guess I missed something this is after I waited 30 minutes that was her excuse. Unacceptable service Culver’s I could’ve driven to Stoughton and gotten better service.

For the second time, I was not given everything that I ordered at the drive through. I immediately called them and they acknowledged the mistake on their part. Imagine my shock when I was told I WOULD NOT BE GETTING MY MONEY BACK. Shockingly bad customer service and straight-up theft. I will not be going back.

Alexander was my server, and it was my best experience at a Culver’s yet. I have never been disappointed by this culvers, and the staff is super nice.
