One star service. Again missing items and wrong soda. Ordered two cheese burger meal and a diet coke. Got a reg Coke and NO burgers. My kids order was right but every time something at this location is wrong or missing. Stop at Kwik Trip instead!

Drive-through said open till midnight and app but they’re never open pass 11 ever and I got there before 11 before and he told me to close in 15 minutes before 11 need to have accurate times

Placed a delivery order and the location closed after I waited for my order I put a complaint with corporate and get get my money back in 3 days no dinner tonight at work because of this shit at least corporate was helpful

Not a very good experience. Play area tables were in major need of cleaning, the floors in the play area were also in need of cleaning, and when the staff was asked to wiped down our table, it was as if they were put out that they had to do their job. Service was also very slow.

I checked out the play area for the first time with my kids. Not a bad playground, but would have liked fewer flies and tables could be cleaned a bit better. Also, there's no hand sanitizer in the various wall-mounted stations. Staff has actually improved over time and the morning crew is pretty efficient. This location used to make you wait quite a while at drive thru, but it's gotten better with different staff.

Granted, they are short staffed and I feel for them, not here to complain or criticize the time or hard work they were doing. Not impressed, stopped in at 9pm the other tonight or a quick night snack, and workers did not want to be there and bread was as stale as you could get and fries cold... One bite and whole meal tossed... Today watched a worker drop cups on the for in the back, they sat for a bit on the kitchen floor, kicked around a bit and then she picked them all up and put them right back into distribution for next order... Not my thing... Last time here..

1st time there. Human ordering is not possible. Requested condiments not followed. Not sure why we would be expected to order napkins and straws on the ordering system. The play area needs a lot of help.
