Update since reopening: Unfortunately, this place has gone way downhill. I ordered steak fajitas and they are 'meh' at best. Under-seasoned, lukewarm, and dry. Sour cream and guac has to be added on for an additional cost. The menu is very scaled down with prices up for less food (quantity and quality). Everything is basically a la carte.
Then there is the service... Our waitress literally hid from us. The other servers seemed attentive to their tables, so maybe we just were unlucky. But ours was on her phone and peaked out from around the corner a few times, saw us just sitting there, but didn't even check on us. We watched three other tables also with two people get seated, order, eat, pay, and leave, all while we were waiting for our food and to pay. She asked if I wanted a box twice and took 10+ minutes to actually bring it to me. Very frustrating and annoying, especially since it was hot in there (AC wasn't working?) and we were clearly ready to leave. I hope whatever she was doing on her phone was important! ?

***** GO ELSE WHERE **** Ordered 1 house chicken burrito ( mainly refried beans) 1 steak taco (meat was very tough) , guacamole dip. Food won't kill you but absolutely nothing to speak about. The food has no seasonings whatsoever. Server didn't understand the menu, couldn't explain why so many people walking around (Oregon Fest this weekend), server comes right to table before you even sit down and really wants to take your order but never comes back at all. Had to have another server help us. Then server comes back after meal we say we are ready for bill and he proceeds to just try and take the money we had on table without me even knowing what the bill is. What a rip off for what we paid and the food was barely edible.

Service is poor. Staff has a difficult time understanding customers. "Convenience" fees are added left and right. Food is not worth it. They don't maintain regular hours anymore and don't seem to care. Go elsewhere.

Nightmare before Crafts
Not actually a review but more of a question. My husband and I have been wanting to try this place for several months now but timing just didn't work out. Today it did, or so we thought. They do NOT open at 3:30. Does anyone know the actual hours for this place? They aren't listed at the restaurant and the only place we can find hours is here, which are apparently wrong. We just asked a resident in the building and they said they thought it was permanently closed.

The food was ok.4:15 on a Saturday. Didn't appear to be busy. Our food took an hour. One in our party of 3 asked for a burrito with ground beef, refried beans, and cheese. NOTHING ELSE in or on it. She received a steak burrito covered in cheese sauce. I went over this with our server more than once. Another person came to the table and asked about the order also.We were disappointed and won't be returning

If you order take out make sure you check your order before you leave. When I got home my order was missing the chicken fajitas.

Hi , We specifically ordered 3 of the tacos for carry out, NOT dinner per phone, reiterated 3 times. Person did not understand as we got dinner and charged the extra. Talked to manager, will refund difference if return food. Cannot recommend as poor customer

Now this could just be an off night. The serive was absolutely awful until Willa (young host) took on the responsibility of a manager and taking care of a struggling night team. Food was great! Please don't hesitate on the food. If your dining here.... depending on the night you'll just need a little patience.
