Came in at 1130 for some lunch the subway has been open since 9 am and the worker said they’ve been there since 8 am.. but yet no bread ready???? It’s in the oven cooking and it’ll be a hour and a half??? What do you mean. You won’t even have bread ready for lunch? The lady at the gas station said she use to manage the place but quit due to many reasons but couldn’t legally tell us why she said terrible experience

I love coming here and the employees are so sweet. The three star rating is due to the fact that managment doesn't seem to care about their employees. Constantly making them work by themselves creating a very stressful work environment and angry customers. Employees rock! Management do better, you are failing your people and customers.

If you like hip hop and rap for a family background music this is your place...but with the N word every sentence was too much for this old schooler. Kind of sad to see kids younger than my 13 year old daughter having to hear that trash.

Ordered a sub and a salad this evening. Drove 10 miles home. Sub wasn’t toasted. Bread was raw and doughy! Called and was told they couldn’t give me any info on who the owner of the franchise was or a manager name. They refused to even give me anyones name. Finally got Jordan on the phone and she told me “sorry” was all she could offer, not a refund or anything. DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Total rip-off and very unprofessional staff!

Employees at this location told my fiancé and I that they were closing the register down so they weren’t going to make us any sandwiches. This was 15 minutes before they were going to close. We couldn’t even get food we wanted because they were “shutting down the register for the night” when they should be closing the register down AFTER they close

What a joke of an establishment and the employees are not much better. Stopped in with a few friends on 07/10/22 to get some lunch while heading up north, two of us decided to try the new steak sandwiches they had advertised on the menu, the menu advertised the steak sandwich with steak, onions, peppers, sauce, and 2x cheese. The employee put a regular portion of cheese just like you would any other sandwich which is no big deal at all. I had asked her what the 2x had meant because I have never heard of a sandwich having that unless you pay for the deluxe. She proceeded to tell me I had to pay for a footlong pro then she decided to check the instructions and huffed "I guess your sandwich does come with double cheese" after she fixed the sandwich she never bothered fixing the other one that should have been the same way, which again, no big deal it's only some cheese. What really gets me is the way she decided to act after she had fixed mine, she then decided to turn to a co-worker right in front of me and start ridiculing me talking about how customers always get so irate if they don't get their extra cheese and whatnot. The look on her face was priceless when I politely asked her if customers really made that big of a deal. At that point she knew she messed up. I was in complete shock that she had the audacity and ignorance. Will try and ridicule me to a co-worker right in front of me. Her coworker even looked surprised. She was saying this kind of stuff in front of us. Not going to lie, the sandwich was pretty good, but as for the customer service it completely sucked. I would definitely recommend the outlaw sandwich but not from this place.

A complete list of new coupons and they won’t work with online orders. Worker at the window claims they ask for a scanner but have not got one.So if the coupon code is given to them WHY can’t they enter it when checking you out???No is just easy for them to say they won’t honor it. Or maybe after you leave they put the code in and pocket the money. Whatever it does not add up!!!
