I wish I could give negative stars. This place is going to get people sick. The ownership is not capable of running this place. I’ve ran places like this in the past and I sincerely hope this business fails and the owner find a different path in life.

Took forever to get our food and it was incredibly cold when we eventually got it. Clearly they’re short staffed and normally I’d be understanding but they were incredibly rude, openly fought with each other in front of everyone, and it seemed super unsanitary. The cook walked outside to smoke, came back inside, didn’t wash their hands and wiped them all over their pants, then continued to cook and touch all the food. Like I said, originally I felt bad for the entire situation, but after seeing how unprofessional and rude they were, I can’t let it slide. Eesh.

Visited here and we were completely ignored… We were never able to get an order in… server kept saying we could order in just a few minutes, finally after an hour and no service we left.

Jerk Chicken my ass… food was COLD and service was HORRIBLE! The “jerk chicken sandwich” was literally a tiny grilled chicken with some bbq sauce, and it came super cold. The whole establishment was very unsanitary as well. And the vibe was awful, the waitress and cook were literally yelling at each other in front of all the customers. Long story short, if you're in the mood for some cold, bad food and some awful service, this is your spot!

WOW!! The absolute WORST place:/ I have been in the service industry my entire life and have never seen anything so bad… one server who seemed to have never done this a day in her life… could not get an order, clear a table or even get water to tables. Food took over an hour and when it finally came it was not what we ordered, thrown together and cold. The server and cook (whose hygiene was extremely questionable) were yelling/ fighting the entire time in front of everyone. Server brought a pitcher of water that she used as a “dump bucket” of used water off one table to great new guests. At the end she gave us our tab we paid, as we were about to leave she said we had paid the wrong tab and needed to pay again… twice the amount of the original tab which was not correct. She blew up, started yelling called over the cook and he started screaming at us to pay… we walked out. Cannot believe this place hasn’t been shut down!!

Wife and I stopped for pizza. We went out back to enjoy the fresh air. When the pizza was delivered, a man came out the back door with a cigarette. I asked if he was management, he said, he might as well be manager. Turns out he was the dishwasher. He lit up his smoke and we let him know we don’t smoke and could he smoke farther from us. At this point, he was 2 feet from us. He said, the smoke isn’t going toward us and continues. I do understand we were outside, but I find it rude for someone to light up and argue with a customer while you’re working. Pizza was good. Lady inside was nice. Won’t be going back.
Came here after canoeing with a group of 7. Order was taken quickly, but food took forever (50 minutes). Four people ordered lemonade, but they ran out and served only one. The food was cold and very mediocre. My Reuben had barely any meat and those who ordered parmesan fries got them smothered in garlic. Portions were very small for the price. Waitress never came back to refill drinks either. Very disappointing experience.
