Does not follow posted hours. Came to DQ at 11:20am and waited without being greeted for 5 mins. Pulled around to the front to go into the store and the door was locked the woman at the register completely ignored me while counting change. Ended up going to the grocery store instead and was late back from my break because of this. Someone needs to update online hours or make sure store hours are clearly posted! Rude.

Where do I even begin? This is the worst Dairy Queen I've ever been to. From service to food quality, this place is negative 100 stars. How is it that after MONTHS of your coke machine malfunctioning, you haven't figured it out? Like, every single time. We tried giving them chance after chance and it's not even worth it anymore! And then, you're always out of something! Chicken, dipping sauce, etc. It's always one thing after another. The staff is always so rude. It's beyond off putting. I'd rather drive the extra 15 minutes to St Croix Falls to have them get my order correct and have them actually be nice to me! I would avoid this place AT ALL COST! Go anywhere else.

Tried this place twice in the last week. First time I waited in the drive through for 10 minutes without ever placing an order. There were not any other cars in line. The next day they were not open at noon.

I've been to this DQ twice now. The 1st time I ordered a deluxe burger that has lettuce, tomato and onion on it & fries. I was the only car there, took 20 min for my order. The burger I received was a plain cheese burger and the fries were cold & soggy. The 2nd time I went, I ordered a cheeseburger and fries- asked for no pickles or mustard. Once again my burger was wrong- full of extra pickles and mustard, once again fries were cold. There was 1 car in front of me. For a not busy place, you'd think the cook would get the orders right and fries wiuld be fresh and hot. Won't be going back there.

Kayla was so awesome! Clearly her team really likes her and she is great to the customers which is so important in a town like this!
Slow drive through service. Order was wrong but they fixed it no problem. Inside is too small to feel comfortable eating in. Food was fine once fixed.

Was just passing through on our way to our cabin we've been skeptical about going there because every time we do the order is wrong and the staff are rude. Not yesterday! The staff were pleasant and smiling, the service was fast and efficient despite waiting for fresh strips. The gal who was assisting us was the new store manager. She apologized for the slight wait for fresh food even brought us our tray, and even came back a second time to make sure things tasted okay and to see if we needed anything. The restaurant itself looked cleaner and had a more positive atmosphere. We will definitely be back Sunday when we head home! Thank you for the awesome service! The owner Or whomever who brought new Management made a great choice!
