“Today my boyfriend went through the drive thru for a chocolate shake. He was given a chocolate shake that had mix ins he didn't request n couldn't have. I went into the restaurant to let them know the mistake and to order and pay for a new shake. GAVIN helped me and when I told him the reason I was there he was kind, apologetic and corrected the problem. He replace the shake and even gave my boyfriend a larger size without charging us at all for the new shake. This situation originally had us very upset, but Gavins customer service skills were amazing and I left with a smile on my face. Everyone is human and makes mistakes it's how you fix the mistakes that counts. Today's customer service was wonderful. We will be back!!!“

“I got food poisoning from the nachos. The pizza that I had was good when it was in my stomach. Unfortunately the service was not great, I’m not going to be a Karen. I say this understanding that this place was very busy. But for the price point, and amount of servers on staff I really was not satisfied with the lack of visits. Giving Game Time a low rating isn’t my goal, because I don’t believe it deserves it. More so that tonight specifically it was poor. I would appreciate compensation for this, It was a special night in my family-turned upside down due to the food poisoning.“

“This is a true drive-in, complete with car hops. The view of Lake Winnebago is beautiful. The food is good - no complaints there. The shakes/malts are really good! We go out of our way to stop there!

“I ordered a cheeseburger, and it was awesome! I ordered a chocolate/caramel milkshake, and it was superb! I ordered the Cajun fries, and they were a bit too spicy for my taste. The employees were very friendly and helpful as they answered all of my questions before I ordered. The only reason that Five Guys is not getting five stars from me is that all of the tables/chairs in the seating area needed to be wiped down. They were not filthy dirty, but there were water puddles from previous eaters' drinks and napkins left on the tables.“

I always choose ice cream cakes for my children's birthday's its by far the best ice cream cakes around and the dilly bars are so delicious too and are available in a few different varieties. Also the food is pretty delicious too the cheese curds are so delicious and it's one of my favorite fast food & cake services by far. Always my go to for ice cream cakes the fudge cookie crumble layers are to die for its the best part of the cakes and also you can have your cakes personalized with whatever you decide to decorate it with, they have many designs and options to choose from for the cakes.
