“I’m not much of a MCDs person, however my kids are. We travel alot between Milwaukee and Shawano. My kids were hungry and decided to stop here and also gas up across the street. I had a sweet tea and the kids ordered food. Wow! I can tell you that there’s a huge difference with the taste and quality here . So , we have been back a few more times and it’s consistent. The food is always freshly made. Yes, for fast food …this location is def a go to. Also, very friendly staff and they engage in small talk.“

“Small town restaurant with great food and friendly staff. Prices are reasonable. $2 for bottled Sundrop, $22 for this large bluegill/perch plate w/soup and salad bar. I was very satisfied. I took half the fish to go. Will definitely go back soon.“

“Atmosphere, friendly staff, delicious food, perfect portions! We stopped for a quick lunch bite on Sunday, but I quickly changed my mind and ordered the chefs special of the day- tilapia, garlic mashed and asparagus! Can’t wait to try other items on the menu!“

“My husband and I had checked the menu out prior to going there. We arrived right at opening on a Wednesday. There were 7 vehicles there already. Doors opened right at 4pm. The way they did their seating was different than I was used to. When you walk in you go to the hostess stand and sign in as well as order your food. This was an all you can eat night and it was served family style. You would get called to your table when your food was ready. That was great.The waitress was alone in serving the food. She did an excellent job keeping up with the all you can eat. The diner is small with approximately 13 tables. The bartender was very nice as well. The prices of food and drinks were very reasonable.“

“A friend took us there for Friday fish fry. We had the Parmesan haddock, and chose sweet potato fries, as a potato choice. The coleslaw was very good, which made me happy, because it’s hard to find a place with good, tasty slaw!Everything was excellent from the super nice waitress, to the great drinks and food, and the restaurant is very clean!!! The food is spectacular, one can certainly see and taste the creativity The Chef and Staff add to every dish.
