The service here was alright. Same with the food, nothing special. The only negative things I have to say is that the chicken was so overcooked that it was a similar texture to beef jerky and tasted like eating straight charcoal, and that the floor and tables were extremely messy, like they only get cleaned once a day. All in all though, I probably would still stop here again.

Not sure why this place is getting such a bad rep. Went for the first time today, usually eat at Appleton location as that is the area I work in. I experienced no difference besides the place being a little less busy than Im used to(it is labor day weekend) I just don’t get it. Maybe i got lucky but really not a bad experience to say the least.

None of the tables were clean when I sat down to eat. The food portions were good and was tasty but there seemed to be a lack of actual work happening with as many employees were behind the counter.
