Clean store, good customer service! I ordered to pick up, and was going to go into the store. It was raining so I was bracing myself but as I looked up I saw an employee bringing me my cookie. So nice, above and beyond!
I want to like this place so bad and the cookies are so good but I get sick every time I eat here. I don't know what the problem is because I have no problems with the Appleton location. Here they taste a little undercooked maybe? I know they're supposed to be to some degree but just really eggy. Vs Appleton they taste fine and I never get sick.
I love Crumbl cookies! Their cream cheese frosting is my favorite especially if paired with a moist cake or strawberry flavoring! Their cream cheese customer service is always great as well!
