SLOW SERVICE! Waiting half hour+ for ice cream. Employee was enjoying her meal though. Maybe they should take break before or after busy times
Drive-Thru is very slow. The wait was way to long. Hard to get spoons, from anyone. Pay for extra whipped cream, & don't get it. The drive-thru worker failed to give us napkins. The counter workers are faster, than the drive-thru workers. I didn't get fast food, in drive-thru, at a fast food restaurant. I am unhappy with my latest drive-thru experience, I had. I believe... that I do better with drive-thru
