Service is so slow. If you order from the drive thru be prepared to wait 20 minutes. Workers are unfriendly, they don't even talk to you, they just stare at you. The only good things I can say is that they got our order right and the food came out hot.
Shout out to Tony on the drive thru tonight! Ordered through Door Dash for a biggie combo with salt free fries. I received everything but the fries, which was the reason I got the combo. I called the restaurant and spoke to Tony. Even though it was Door Dash that left the fries behind in a separate bag, Tony made it right. Within 10 minutes I was at the drive thru getting piping hot, salt-free fries without a fuss. Burned my mouth on the way home but worth it. Thanks Tony!! 💜🍟🫶
Went through the drive through to order my breakfast. Got up to the window and paid then parked to wait for the food along with multiple other cars. My food was brought out and given to another car that opened the bag and went through it. They realized it wasn't there food and took it back in, not even a minute later they brought the bag out to me. Im pretty sure they didnt remake the food that had been gone through. Not real pleased with this.
