“Have been ordering from this location for years, and I have to say every single order has been right and the quality is always amazing and just what you expect. Out of my 20+ orders over the years, I have only had two mishaps with my confusing apartment complex and them being delivered to the wrong door. When that happened, they immediately made more cookies and brought them to the correct location after talking on the phone. I don't know how, but they constantly find employees that actually seem to care about the product they give unlike most other chain stores/food places. Their delivery drivers are always fast and friendly too. Their delivery driver Scott is also incredibly great, he actually remembers your face and that just makes the whole interaction all the more awesome. Thank you Insomnia Cookies Oshkosh for the good quality over the years and keep it up! And, a special thanks to Scott for making sure our cookies always arrive home good and warm!“
