We had been going to Diablos for Mexican food. Tonight I wanted to go for Mexican but wanted to try a different place so we went to La Baha. The food was amazing, the staff was amazing and our server was extremely accommodating. We'll definitely be back!! 😊

We love the food! Appleton doesn’t have anything that compares to La Baja. We drive down to Oshkosh because we enjoy the food that much! It is very flavorful, and has good portions ! The golden margarita is delicious as well! Overall, 10/10 recommend !

We stopped for a quick meal at La Baja before a show. It is a spacious restaurant with simple decor.
Starting with the crispy, warm tortilla chips and salsa they brought right away, we were impressed with the food. We ordered the birria bowl and birria tacos. Both were delicious and nicely presented. Everyone was friendly and attentive. We will definitely return to try other menu items and the homemade desserts.

La Baja is by far my favorite Mexican restaurant in town! Food is delicious, well assembled, and very consistent! I appreciate that they include chips in to-go orders and I love that their quesabirria tacos are juicy and flavorful without being greasy. I’ve only had orders to go, but food is packaged nicely and even in my brief time inside picking up the staff are so friendly and nice, I had a great convo with Axel tonight! Highly recommend La Baja!

Margaritas are hand made, fresh salsa and warm chips, quality ingredients and the most AUTHENTIC Mexican food I’ve had outside of Mexico. A must stop for foodies!! La Baja is a hidden gem in Wisconsin the authenticity of the food is exactly what every restaurant should strive for. Alejandro the Chef/Owner couldn't be a more kind and welcoming person you can tell he loves what he cooks, you can taste it! On top of that, when Alejandro has time he always comes out to say hi and express his gratitude for us coming in. This place is like going to your best friend's house for tacos laughs and drinks. Easily my favorite restaurant in Wisconsin.
