Fatt Mamaas Po Boyz and Sandwiches 55 LLC is a hidden gem in Oshkosh with a whole lot of soul in the food and the owner. The restaurant has a small town atmosphere and a warm, homey environment. The owner, Fatt Mama, is incredibly sweet and humble, does everything herself, and provides service that is 12/10. The menu is amazing and authentic, with food that is 10000000/10. The fried catfish platter with hush puppies is served very fresh and hot from the fryer. The catfish has a seasoned coating full of flavor that remains crunchy with each bite. The collard greens are warm and earthy with a smoky quality. Other menu items include the Brisket Po boy, Reuben sub, Catfish Po, cheesesteak loaded with meat, porkchop sandwich, and Devin's polboy. All food is fresh made and worth the wait. This place is the best damn food in the Fox Valley and does not disappoint.
