“I got food poisoning from the nachos. The pizza that I had was good when it was in my stomach. Unfortunately the service was not great, I’m not going to be a Karen. I say this understanding that this place was very busy. But for the price point, and amount of servers on staff I really was not satisfied with the lack of visits. Giving Game Time a low rating isn’t my goal, because I don’t believe it deserves it. More so that tonight specifically it was poor. I would appreciate compensation for this, It was a special night in my family-turned upside down due to the food poisoning.“

“shouldn't take 40 min for the bartender to realize I'm sitting in front of her & the bar to serve me my food yet the couple & the older lady they were with sitting in a booth next to me got their food before me yet they sat down AFTER me. really dissatisfied and disappointed in the service w/the bartenders tonight. pleased with the food because of how well it was cooked though by the time I got it, it was room temperature. 😒 I normally am satisfied and tip decent. I normally don't complain or make a big fuss about getting my order to me in 15-20 min but 40 min? because you "can't find me/see where I sat down" when I told you literally where I was going to be sitting & I'm RIGHT ACROSS THE BAR from you. 🙄🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️💯 I never go out. I hardly dine in & throw back a few drinks/shots so when I do, it's super upsetting to get poor customer service. I was thinking of coming here to celebrate my 36th birthday on May 30th & June 6th (my actual bday), but I'm thinking twice after what I've experienced. 🎯💯“
