I ordered only a sandwich. But I sat at the drive-through window, watching the gentleman make three coffees for the orders behind me and then he went and made my sandwich. He must've thought that I didn't have anywhere to be!

This drive thru gets particularly crammed so I prefer to go in... Always super friendly and always great coffee! š©·
A rarity, they got me order wrong.. another rarity, when it was corrected the taste was sub-par. Everybody has an off day.

Iāve been a Starbucks customer for many years and have been able to see trends and changes over that time. Other than the fact they donāt actually brew the regular coffee anymore the worst trend has been whatever they have to done to make the lids no longer safely cover the cup. 20 years ago, the lids and cups were fine, and that held real strong until about 5 years ago when they must have decided in a board room somewhere that it would be ok for the lid to drip in someoneās car and on their clothes every once in awhile. Just a slow drip, like just enough to have a few spots on the seat of your car or your pants. Iām assuming that decision was made to the tune of saving an unnoticeably small amount of money per each cup. Fast forward to about a year ago and then you will see the next progression in the story. This would be lids that work like a jack in the box. You squeeze your cup ever so slightly, like the force that may be required to actually pick it up and drink it and then you wait for the lid to randomly just pop off. Again, likely trying to save a penny or two. But now Iām in my car, wearing my coffee and think that I am finally done spinning the roulette wheel of ācan I make it to my destination without scalding my hand and flooding my truck with coffeeā. Some say this is to start training people to bring their own cup. If thatās the case, thatās fine. There are plenty of other coffee places to go that are more than happy to provide a cup with their coffee, one that works. It usually costs less too.
I always get the same drink with almond milk, and in the week Iāve gotten my drink with cow milk twice. Iāve never really had any issues with this before but I can definitely taste and feel the difference. I don't really think I would have an issue if everytime I had cow milk I didn't throw up.

Went here and had the best experience! I got a free drink through the app and it was soooo good and Jeff was the best ever. Best experience Iāve ever had in a Starbucks and the fastest service too!!! Everyone was so nice and they play music that the regulars like. But yes get the new seasonal pecan latte. Hot or iced, yum!!!!

I donāt know what the deal is but places on this side of town are just infinitely worse than going across town. I sat in an EMPTY drive through for almost 20 minutes at 7pm just to get a half melted drink that wasnāt even right. I asked for a Carmel ribbon crunch and got a regular caramel frappechino. Over half of my drink was straight liquid. The 2 employees I saw working were loudly laughing and talking among themselves and on their phones. It was clear I wasnāt going to get drunk made right anyway so I just left. Made the mistake of going to this Starbucks instead of going across town once again. I donāt know why I do this to myself. ??āāļø
Angie has fantastic customer service! I've seen her at the drive through a few times and she is always a delight!

Slowest place to pick up DoorDash from in Oshkosh by far, I have to wait 20 minutes usually and they show no urgency.(Update re: owner's response, links don't work in this app. Currently waiting for another DoorDash order that is late, it is supposed to be done and they said they are starting it. Empty store and drive thru still can't have orders ready on time)
I'll never go to a Starbucks. Their swill is overpriced. Their politics are woke. I won't support any business that is favor of helping the Marxists (DemocRATS) destroy our country.
Kid-friendliness: I would never expose a child to any of the freaks that work there. Also most of the customers are new age weirdos as well. The schools are doing enough to ruin our children. Don't expose kids to these nutjobs.
