I have pre-ordered Crumbl cookies from various Crumbl locations throughout Wisconsin and Texas over the last 2 years. I have never been disappointed with the quality of the cookies or the prompt and friendly staff and service. I love to give Crumbl cookies as a thank you to friends and family. I love the weekly changes to the menu every week. Delicious!!!
I had a really great experience with Crumbl. DoorDash told me they could not return or refund my order even though they drove to the wrong location and Crumbl made sure to make me a new order that I could pick up myself and even threw in a coupon for me. They went above and beyond to make sure it was a great experience!

Door Dash, which was used to deliver cookies to a friend, was horrible to deal with. They failed to deliver the cookies in one piece, AND didn't even ring the doorbell. Just left them at the stoop and walked away. Anyway, a lady, if i remember correctly by the name of Bridget at Crumbl FDL, was amazing and went above and beyond to make the situation better.
