Coffee was fine. Service too a long time, but the people were nice. There are much better shops downtown that have MUCH BETTER COFFEE. Elsewhere and new moon ring a bell, and taste good.

I mobile ordered a drink and food that requires warming. I watched about 25 cars go through since I place my order exactly 15 minutes ago. My drink was ready when I walked in. Sat and saw them keep warming drive-through orderers. The queue is not followed and they waste your time

I was an almost daily customer until now and I have never left a bad review or stopped going, even though I had put up with rude baristas, incorrectly made drinks that cost way more than they should, etc. I left tips for the baristas and I was understanding when mistakes were made with my orders. The final straw was when the shift supervisor refused to honor the free drink reward from the Starbucks app when it was THEIR mistake. That iced tea would cost Starbucks maybe $1.50 at the most, and they lost a regular customer over it by refusing to do the right thing. I hope it was worth it. I’m done. I’m sure another coffee shop will be happy to take my money.

Had a Venti Sumatra. Everything was great at this location at Oshkosh. Pleasant folks and great clean store. My favorite out of all the Oshkosh locations.

I went through the drive through and once I had my drink, I realized there were 3 flies in it (2 fruit flies and 1 housefly). I immediately called them once I got to work and the girl (I believe her name is Emma) I talked to was so apologetic and very friendly over the phone - she told me if I came back they would gladly remake the drink for me and give me a gift card to make up for it. I went in the next day and the girl who I talked to at the counter wasn’t the friendliest - They did remake the drink for me but it tasted bad and was completely watered down. She gave me a gift card that was for $4 which doesn’t get you anything at Starbucks… I give them props for trying to make it right but frankly it is disgusting and disappointing… For these reasons I will not be returning here.

This is the third time in a row I’ve gone through the drive through and they have given me the wrong drink. The gentleman at the window was very nice but the lady who brought the wrong drink looked to have a poor attitude. I will not be going back to this location. How hard is it to take an order and get it correctly to the customer.

Coffee was good. Bathroom was clean but I recommend getting a lock on the door that reads "occupied" when the door is locked. Four people tried to open the door while I was inside just a few minutes bruising my teeth

New location with great staff and would recommend ordering ahead! Both times the drinks were ready for pickup and very good! Good location near 41 and easy in and out with plenty of parking!
I got another cup with a lid that does not sit right. This has happened for years and usually it just means a slow drip all over you while you try to drink your coffee. This lid doesn’t even stay on the cup. If I would have tried to drink my coffee, the lid would have just fallen off and I would have been wearing my coffee. Fortunately I could feel this with the way I picked up my cup and transferred the coffee to another container.Additionally, the flavor of brewed coffee has really went downhill since they’ve introduced the on-demand machines. At this point, I can get the same quality coffee from KwikTrip on demand for much cheaper.
