This distillery in Oshkosh is such a hidden treasure! Our first visit we were lucky enough to meet the owner Karl and the manager Todd who also created many of the flavors. The cocktails were fantastic. Our second visit we went to pick up a special gin that was being bottled for me. We leave to go back to Florida tomorrow. But neither Todd or Karl were there. Megan was our bartender. I don’t write negative comments. So we really look forward to coming back next year in July...
Came here for the first time for Wednesday night trivia and it was a great time. Not a huge turn out, maybe 8 teams, but that added to the family-like atmosphere. It was clear that most of the people there were loyal regulars which proves the quality of this place. The owner does a great job of getting to know all of his customers.

One of the best distilleries I have ever been to, the spirits are sooooo flavorful. I don't like gin but I left here with a bottle. The service was great too, so informative on their projects.
