I was quite hoppy to find this keg-gem of a store, and only 5 minutes from my house as i finally returned to a fun hobby I started over 12 years ago. This crew has an eclectic knowledge about the entire process for first-timers, the pro-level, and every skill in-between. Pricing is very reasonable so if you're wanting to try this thirsty sport out for anything fermentable, make the Cellar your first stop! You will not be disappointed!
They are the most helpful, and knowledgeable people! My daughter and I had a 100 year old recipe for beer, and no knowledge. They figured the ingredients out for today's standards, and quantities, gave us instructions that worked. Thanks to Chrystal and John, it turned out really good! I can't say enough good things about The Cellar Brew Shop! It sure was a fun process.
