This store frequently has very slow service, even during off-peak times. Possibly short-staffed? Other fast food restaurants in this area seem to have same problem so not just Culver's. Food is always good quality and staff is nice. Just slower than normal for a Culver's. Waited for about 15 mins for a simple order from drive thru; single cheeseburger, fries and a drink; nothing out of the ordinary.
This is one of the more pleasant fast food experiences that I have ever had. The people were super nice at the counter and in the restaurant. The curdburger was amazing! It's a limited time burger with a cheese curd patty on top of it. Very delicious. Their cheese curds were very good. As were the onion rings and the fries. They have their own root beer and surprisingly a diet version and they were both very good. I would definitely go back.
Today was 5 0r 6th time that I asked for a single cheeseburger to go, drove away only to find that they had again given me a double burger. When traveling I don't always have time to go back.
So frustrating.. since when did a double become the norm? I think they need to listen to the customer. A Burger means one burger... not two.
