Yes indeed this bar is a small town type. If you enjoy company with low key types of people. Meaning a conversation with down to earth types. This is the place to go. They have the best fried mushrooms & Chicken strips. Most all beers .. The Spotted cow's my favorite!
This is a dive bar. Don't set your expectation that it will be anything more or less than that. It's built into a house. The lights are dim. The crowd is usually regulars. And it's the type of place you can go to watch Wheel of Fortune. This is a special breed of bar that's only found in rural, rural Wisconsin. And to that point, it does a fantastic job. This is a great out of the way bar to go. Meet somebody at without having a crowd. They have great burgers, and you can play darts in and out of The Way dive bar manner. My fiancé, Kym Thompson and I have enjoyed going there. In the pait is close to our home in Portage Wisconsin.
