I recently attended the Gluten Free Fest in Union Grove, WI. The event was heavily attended with many shoppers & about a dozen vendors. The longest line was at Mollys Bakery. She has a nice variety of GF breads & pasteries. I immediately grabbed a bag of English Muffins & got in line with the others. I have been regularly visiting their booth at the Janesville Farmers Market and so thoroughly appreciate having an opportunity to get so many delicious food items! Super friendly as well!
My dad is gluten free so I had to grab something for him! Walked out with a pizza, pizza crust and some deserts. All were fantastic!! Not only did it all taste amazing, but the staff was extremely friendly and gave great recommendations!! Can't wait to go back and get more!:)
