Pizza was burnt. Breadsticks burnt. Substituted food without prior consent.
So went online to order for delivery, around 9:30-9:45 pm. It said delivery closed, so changed our order to Carryout. The receipt said carryout available in 10-20 min. Drive to the Pewaukee location on Capitol Dr, AND THE STORE IS DARK! Despite the hours listed at 12am, the store was closed and locked at 10:00pm!
Explain how online they are taking orders when the store is not open?
