Good drinks, great karaoke and fantastic staff, both bartender and server. My wife lost her wallet and I went back the next morning to see if it was there. Dino dropped what he was doing to and went to great lengths help me and my 9 year old daughter who was tagging along, find the wallet. He showed me a level of customer service I haven’t seen in a very long time, and even gave my daughter a cookie on our way out. I will most definitely be back every time I’m in the area!
Food is ok. Service hit or miss. Expensive drinks. We just went there Saturday because I saw on Waukesha eats someone suggested their pizza. I have had cheap frozen pizzas that tasted better. There was zero flavor! Also I have stopped in there Just to have a drink and gamble. And you have to compete with the kitchen help on the machines Most bar owners frown upon that. I have left there twice because of that. So the bartender is now missing out. I leave really good tips.
I love this place but I have one complaint I've never been to a place where if you order toppings for your burger you'll have to put the ingredients yourself so if you get lettuce tomatoes or anything else you'll have to put it in yourself
