When one thinks of the term “food truck”, one will often relate it with the smells of deep fryers and heavily salted foods. This is not the experience that you will find at Fork Five. When approaching the truck, the first thing that you will notice is the clean air and fresh food smells surrounding the truck. Typically, when food truck dining, one would also expect burgers, dogs, and sub sandwiches. Not here. At Fork Five you get a very yummy selection of Pita Sandwiches! These sandwiches range from Steak and mushroom, several chicken options, taco, pork, gyro, and a delightful mushroom and truffle no meat pita. (I’m sure I’m forgetting a few) using a beautiful blend of spices, herbs and fresh locally grown produce. You will also find a variety of different macaroni and cheese dishes, cheesecakes, cookies and specialty lemon aids. All prepared for you, fresh by a gourmet chef.
My experience: Con: Longer wait time. Reason: High demand Pro: Worth the wait. Con: Juices from the sandwich got on my shirt and needed more napkins. Pro: Also, worth it. Con: The person behind me was not able to get the cheesecake they wanted because it was sold out. Pro: I got the last one.

Prepared by a literal first-rate chef, Fork Five's culinary offerings consist primarily of varieties of pitas, from a traditional gyro to an exotic chicken shawarma (featuring a Mediterranean flair). I found the steak and mushroom pita to be a creamy, well-seasoned supply of generous amounts of meat and savory mushrooms. Desserts offered include refreshing iced drinks, specialty cookies, and amazingly delectable cheesecakes. Staffed by one family, patrons are greeted with genial, helpful attentiveness. Wait times were slightly longer due to orders being made fresh on demand and due to the overwhelming popularity of the business itself. Fork Five offers unconventional flavors that may be unfamiliar to most but allow for a pleasant epicurean surprise as a reward for taking a gastronomic chance. Be bold. Enjoy.

This fast food truck is by far our favorite. It's hard to trust the food industry right now and what they put in your meals. But these guys get all the food fresh locally and it taste absolutely incredible. They are extremely friendly and remember faces. And if you have an issue they will work it out in an instant. If your looking for a yummy bite of food this is by far worth it!

Hands down the best food in town! Best food truck in the area! I have gone back multiple times and sampled the entire menu. The chicken shawarma pita is my absolute favorite. The flavor is indescribable. Chicken is cooked to perfection, juicy and tender. I have never tasted something so delicious. Highly recommend. My son loves the pizzas and the Mac & Awesome (homemade Mac & Cheese with the most extraordinary seasoned chicken on top). The desserts are all scrumptious, but the homemade cheesecake is the best!
