Used to love eating here… but do not want to feel like a bother to employees for coming in to order at 5pm…. A normal time to eat dinner, and having them have an attitude because of what you order. I didn’t come in at closing. I came in at 5 pm.

When we walked in there was 1 person ahead of us. It took the guy behind the counter 15 mins to make 1 sandwich. After he finally got to us he just looked up and said what do you want. Very poor customer service skills and bad attitude all

I stopped here at roughly noon on 8/26/23 and was very disappointed with a specific worker's performance or I guess lack there of. Alex was also on shift and I had no problems with him but it was the other guy who's name I didn't catch who was the problem. This worker finished the second half of my sandwich and he didn't quality check the veggies before putting them on, he put way too many black olives compared to the rest of the veggies, and then I asked for a single line of 2 separate sauces and he drenched my sandwich in both of them. He then only bagged 2 of the 4 sandwiches that we ordered? Just overall very unprofessional and a very disappointing experience just from this individual alone. Someone needs to coach this man on how to do his job properly.

I popped in for 2 sandwiches...all I heard about was how long of a day it had been and how much pain the lady behind the counter was in. The sandwiches were sub par at best. Next time I will skip Subway and just go to the grocery store.

Tried using the Subway app for the first time and ordered at the Phillips restaurant. The first sub was ordered toasted and it was not toasted. Also ordered extra sauce and there was barely any on it. I ordered extra pickles on my sub and on one half there were only 2 pickles. I wouldn't be so upset but our order was close to $30 (for 2 footlongs ?) and the fact we got charged extra for what we didn't get doesn't sit well. Never again. Do not recommend. Also, would like to note when we picked up our order, the parking lot was empty. No excuse for incompetence. Maybe next time hire someone who can read an order.

HUGE shout out to the lady working here tonight. There were two gentlemen in line in front of me complaining about the way the veggies looked. She happily switched them out and went on her way. She was working alone, and at one time had six people waiting. She never showed any frustration, agitation, or hint of being overwhelmed. Her customer service was OUTSTANDING. Thank you for showing up to your job and doing a great job under pressure!! You are a rockstar!!

The Foods that were to be refrigerated were out dated. When asked to use newer boxes was told, not allowed. Terrible, messy restaurant. Staff was nice but could tell they were exhausted, tired of telling customers lies about why their out of something, Or sorry we're out. The more people by food there the longer the guy will stay open. Only way to get a new place in there is to remove the cancer.

Well I went there yesterday, there was only one employee working and was slow and talking about his friends who died and how they died. He didn't change gloves in-between orders and getting orders wrong. Needless to say I left without even getting any food. I would suggest getting new employees and clean the place up. I won't be going back to this subway.
