2nd time order screwed up. last time i went in and ordered biscuit from value menu, she charged full price. had to call manager to fix.Today went thru the drive thru, ordered a sausage egg biscuit, no cheese. got home and had a sausage biscuit with 2 cheese on it. No egg. Very annoying, I don't think the counter lady speaks much english!!

Everything was outstanding except for just how long it took to get my mobile order...I only ordered a plain whopper, fry and drink and I sat outside for 7 minutes...Update: came back and waited twice as long. Literally the slowest fast joint I have ever been too.

The person at the drive thru you can't understand them. You don't get a receipt if you pay with debit. You don't get what you order. You get over charged. The manager is arrogant. We won't be back!!!!Parking: Has a big parking lot .

The food is ok. The thing that gets me is that I drive to the drive thru and no one answers, or they say, “we’ll be with you shortly” and shortly turns into 20 minutes or more. They’d messed up my order a few times. But, the restaurant itself is clean and nice looking. The service can be better.

Food has gotten a 100 times better since Laguam started working for them. Food is constantly hot & fresh. We quit going because the food was always cold and fried tasted burnt but thought we give a try once we found out how good the food has gotten. So happy we did.
