Jasmine and Amber this morning outstanding service. My favorite Platteville restaurant. This Burger King has never let me down.
This Burger King is being horribly run into the ground, nothing like it was a couple years back. I tried going through the drive-thru to grab lunch, and waited 5 minutes at the order area without getting a response from the drive thru speaker. I even tried getting their attention, which didn’t work. Reversed out of there, parked, and went inside instead. Got to the counter to find two people running the entire restaurant. Management thought that was normal… I guess....read full review
After ordering a pick up, we waited in the drive through for 30 minutes. 5 cars in the drive through behind us got their food before we did. Costumers that were inside and ordered well after we arrived got their food before us. This was utterly ridiculous.
