Had multiple issues with this location (missing items, old food, etc). Did an online order today, but store was closed by the time my colleague could make it there to pick up my order. Will not order from them again.
Highly disappointed! My order was ready but not on the pick up location. Waited in line only to be glared at and ignored by the driver through worker after she saw that I was in line. It was a look to say I am way to busy to help you. I proceeded to wait so I started watching the man prepping the sides. I ordered online pickup for 1:36, I received my order 20 minutes later. Nobody said a thing to me. I stood there waiting while watching crew members yell at each other. KFC offers a unique experience - some find the service and orders consistently wrong, while others enjoy it. The restaurant can feel like a themed escape room, where vegan taco bell-goers might get trapped in their nightmares. Customers may receive unexpected surprises like unsweetened tea when they ordered sweet tea. Inconsistencies aside, KFC continues to attract returning customers. However, some encounters, like gravy leaking through the bags, may leave customers dissatisfied - a call for better employee training in packaging carry-out meals.
