Platteville McDonald's does not seem to understand how to use both their drive through ordering lanes. waited for 4 cars in lane 1 while waiting in lane 2. then decided to drive around to get in lane 1. arrived...was asked to wait a moment. meanwhile a car arrived in lane 2 where I had just been and they took the lane 2 order before me. then I was rudely told by the manager that they didn't need my business and that I was impatient.
