As I'm not in the area very often, I find the food here to be a welcome break from the only other drive-thru faux Mexican chain. I've found the food to be tasty, fresh and seasoned well. The portions to be of a good size and value for the money. The service for the drive-thru has been friendly. Never having been inside, I can't really speak to the atmosphere.
Decent spot for Tex-Mex cravings when you’re near Platteville. I swung by Taco John’s on E Business Hwy 151 recently — the Potato Olés hit the spot: crispy, salty, and dangerously addictive. The tacos were alright — a little basic compared with the Olés but still solid fast-food quality. Very little cheese, very little beef, onions mixed in with the lettuce. I stopped going to taco bells for these exact reasons, if I get a taco I'm not ordering a tortilla...
