We got our Kenosha Costco membership mainly because of the ability to get diesel for our truck there. We travel quite a bit and spend a fortune on gas there for all our vehicles. We also shop there but diesel was the draw. Since you will no longer be selling diesel we will take the thousands we spend at Costco to Sam’s Club. So many businesses are closing because of bad decisions. I hope you don’t regret yours.
Terrible terrible front line customer service people . The way they handle people at the service desk who are older is a disgrace . My parents are elderly and had to renew their card , they said they thought they had , the lady jumped all over my dad at the service desk , while my mom was checking out and she renewed the card at the register . They took the fee out twice then the woman was rude and loud that my dad didn’t present the receipt from the register . Very disappointing....read full review
