So my husband and I visited other Olive Gardens. One in gurnee which I loved the waitress, one in racine which I was not happy with the service and our first time today in kenosha. Our waitress Cassie was so wonderful. She asked the right questions, the salad plates were cold for the salad, the food was nice and hot. But what I liked the most was when Cassie asked if we liked anything else before she brought our food out. So this will be our place from now on. Thank you Cassie...
Food had little to no seasoning. And, chicken didn’t taste right. It couldn’t have been cooked long enough. The minute we took our seats, our server was there asking what drinks we’d like. (Didn’t even have time to grab the menu). It’s almost like they were rushing. But overall, it was okay! Not the best, but good for dinner.
I needed to make a review because of our server. Denessa was AMAZING! She was working extremely hard to make sure everyone had their orders in a timely manner and she checked in on us which was awesome. She was friendly and extremely polite and sweet. I highly recommend this Olive Garden and hope you’re able to enjoy a meal served by Denessa! She was seriously the best! :) thank you, Denessa!!!!!
