Absoutely loved the staff ..the 2 gentleman.. my other half ordered Avo turkey sand wich was maybe ok if that..apple walnut salad wich was ok... I ordered the meatball sand with extra sauce on it and sauce on the side..due to having a trake tube due to having cancer..I got no sauce on the side and maybe a TEASPOON of sauce on it..so I couldn't eat it..the bread on both sandwiches were ok..I would of liked to have the option of having my sand lightly toasted..the meatballs didn't have all that much flavor..mmjhe pricesses were good.....I hate giving bad reviews on anything but I had no choice on this one..we've heard of nothing but good things from friends about potbellys...but I can't agree with them...I always will give a second choice and hope the next time you won't disappoint us....but thanks..

The staff and the food were great! I have special dietary needs and they made modifications to my order that helped me out a lot. When I asked the staff to let me speak to a manager so I could give them high praise, it turned out to be that person was the manager. Her employees felt very comfortable talking to her! Positive environment and good food!

Food was good and cooked the way it was ordered. However, if you’re going to cover the sink lids with stickers, at least use stickers I can take off and use a straw with. Spent 10 min trying to pick it off and ended up having to cut through it with a knife. Only seems to happen when you order ahead though, so drive through and dine-in are all good!

This Potbelly used to be good but service and food quality has fallen drastically post-pandemic. They seem to be understaffed, and the sandwiches are hastily made, and a mess when you receive them. The onions are stringy and slimy and they put hardly any mushrooms on the veggie. Prices are also too high for the quality of the food. I cannot recommend this place.

They hid unsealed soup in a sandwich box and it poured out of the box, despite holding upright. The box was pouring! I asked to repackage, as it was a delivery and showed my soup covered leg. They said they did, and handed me back the same wet container. My pants are ruined. This was a larger order and wasn't even ready on time, despite being scheduled in-advance. I had to complete delivery looking like a fool because of your restaurant's failure. I made sure to warn them their food was spilled, wasted, and not repackaged. Customer was not pleased. Don't deliver from this location! Owner at least owes me pants, and/or $50, since there was no tip on this huge order due to your failure of time management, employee management, and food prep skills. I worked in the industry for over 10 years.

If you want to order inside, just don't. Drive thru is prioritized while you wait in line for 20 minutes. Try to go when there's no one in the drive thru. Then maybe you can get something.

Wow!! Just left Potbelly (mind you, I've never been in the restaurant before, 1st time ever....) but 4 woman and a man was working, the girls acted if I was an inconvenience, had an small attitude about the cheese and bacon in my potato soup. Like .. okay...The man and the cashier were really friendly the drive thru woman was helpful but the other 2 seemed annoyed and didn't want to be there. I did not feel welcome ordering my smoked ham and potato soup or even in the restaurant Unbelievable. I'll rather door Dasher then ever go back inside dine in or carry out .

Food was good. Sandwich’s would have been warmer if we didn’t have to wait so long for soups and checkout. First time for this restaurant to be a little “off”. They are usually quick and efficient. Lots of customers waiting at checkout today. The register employee was not very attentive and was the reason for slow down.

Missed ingredients on my sandwich. Ordered feta cheese sandwich, forgot the feta and the cheese! Lettuce was brown! Skin on the avocado. I mean unbelievable!

Great place to get an amazing tasty sub sandwich. Lots of variety of different style subs and sizes. Traditional fountain soft drinks, bottled drinks, or delicious milkshakes. Zapp's variety potato chips. Amazing customer service. Drive-thru is quick. Plenty of parking.

This potbelly’s sucked so much that I thought it was subway. Cheese was supposed to be melted on my veggie melt it was hardly melted “lukewarm”!! Forgot to make another sandwich that I ordered. The staff here is mentally incompetent, Come on it’s sandwiches how do you mess that up! The staff here has the mental capacity of a Walmart greeter!

LOVE Potbelly’s! Been here for years. Staff and food is great. Never had to wait long. Orders have always been correct. I always get the grilled chicken/cheddar and the chili. Whether it’s drive-thru or inside, never a bad experience. Highly recommend!

I worked for Potbelly for nearly 8 years from a sandwich artist to an Assistant GM, and I have to say, WOW Potbelly, you've really let go of standards. I came in today for lunch in between appointments and ordered my Flat Italian. It was nearly 10 minutes until my sandwich was dressed even though there were 4 employees behind the counter and 2 people in front of me when I entered the line. I was skipped in line because the associate called out the wrong sandwich and proceeded to dress the woman behind me first. A generic apology was given with absolutely no true care supporting it. No friendly conversation while waiting to have my sandwich dressed; in fact myself and the woman behind me were both ignored as every employee walked by. 1 associate had airpods in, another with hair falling around her face, deeming the hat entirely useless when it comes to food safety. I purchased BBQ Mesquite chips that were stale. My sandwich was a sloppy mess with the toppings falling out of it and dripping with grease. If I had been a mystery shopper today, this shop would have failed. While I am not naïve to the service industry in desperate need of workers, I believe today's experience was just carelessness.

This was not a good experience. My husband and I like Potbelly, but the service at this location was awful. Staff was rude and we were made to wait even though there was no one else in the store (3:30 pm on Sunday June 4th). Garbage was overflowing outside - see pic, and tables dirty.
