Usually it's good food quick. But I ordered a meal and the guy asked what I wanted on my burger I told him. Waited for my food and left. Got home. My burger was totally wrong. Little upsetting. But people make mistakes. Hopefully next time this won't happen again..

There was a communication gap between the cashier and cooks. I paid for Cheddar on my deluxe burger, but received American cheese. I pulled it off. Also, there were numerous staff(mostly young) at 2 pm, 1 open cash register and approximately 8-10 customers waiting in line. 1 customer asked a young woman to open a register. Otherwise, the younger employees were doing a lot of "hanging out" behind the counter between cash registers and food prep window. The older...

Food is always fresh and hot! The toppings are fresh and the lettuce has a crisp to it. Crinkle cut fries are hot and crispy! Love they use red onion on the burgers! Service is always friendly and efficient!
